Maintenance

We are excited to announce that we have been selected to maintain the landscape and irrigation systems for the Wal-Marts in Twin Falls, Jerome, and Burley. We will begin those services within the next two weeks. All landscape maintenance contracts for current clients have been sent. If you have not sent yours back please do.

Please tell your friends and neighbors that we would be happy to add them to our client list. Our estimates are always free.

Snow

Our Snow removal team mobilized for snow Sunday & Monday March 20-21 in selected service areas. This was a freak snow storm as much of our service areas received no snow what so ever. However, the areas north of East Fork got in excess of 10 inches of new snow.
By 9:30 am Monday the entire area that needed snow removal was complete.

We were hit again in the same areas on Friday March 25.

We are continuing to monitor and correct any ice problems in the HOAs. We expect snow operations to wind down very quickly.

Construction

Work will be starting on Build Southern Idaho and Washington Street in Twin Falls next week. Work will be starting in the Northern service areas as weather permits.

I have been a landscape architect in the valley for 15 years now and I only trust my landscapes to All Seasons Landscaping. I have enjoyed the continuity of working with the professionals in their office and it has gotten to the point where Mark Martens and his crews know exactly what I expect on each project.

Each year we have to get the Wildflower Condominium complex ready for the Fourth of July and then the Allen and Company Conference right after. Each year the compliments are that the “common areas are the best they have ever been and the landscapes are perfect.” All the perennial beds and flower baskets and flower buckets are exceptional and all the turf areas are a perfect green. Wildflower has demanded excellence and All Seasons Landscaping has delivered each year.

I have personally worked on all types of landscape construction with Mark to the amount of over $12 Million at both Wildflower and the Snowcreek Condominium Complex in building rock waterfalls, paver walkways and staircases, rock wall planters and water features.

All Seasons Landscaping does all types of construction work and no job is too complicated for them. Between the two Annual Landscape Maintenance contracts for Snowcreek and Wildflower, the budgets are over $120,000. per year. I think their lawn spraying programs are the best and the grass areas have responded to being the best ever.

I have put my reputation on the line with each homeowners association in recommending All Seasons Landscaping and they have made me proud in their fine craftsmanship and care for my projects. I would always recommend them to anyone.

Dear Carrie and Tom,

As the snow begins to recede after another winter season, I have taken some time to reflect on the District’s decision to bring All Seasons on board at Woodside Elementary as our snow removal contractor. Each year we evaluate the procedure District wide to note the strengths and weaknesses in our snow removal methods.

Our decision to utilize All Seasons was based on a response to an RFP (Request for Proposal) issued last fall. After reviewing all of the RFP applications, we narrowed the selection down to a “short list” and eventually selected All Seasons as our first choice. Your proposal presentation was viewed by the selection committee as professional and to the point. In addition, your comprehensive equipment list, pricing, and available resources all played into our final decision.

I doubt our experience with All Seasons could have been any better. What we had asked for was a snow removal contractor, and what we received was a partnership with a company that brought in a solid group of hard working and conscientious team members to provide the services we need. As the winter progressed we asked All Seasons to take on additional responsibilities. They were always available to sand the various parking lots as needed, and when one of our District tractors broke down, All Seasons provided a machine and an operator to help us out. I became very comfortable knowing that I was one phone call away (even at 4am) from having the information or assistance I needed.

Hopefully, you feel as we do that the past winter season was a success. Our measure of success is the number of phone calls we don’t receive, and we had very few if any regarding this campus. We look forward to working with you in the future. Thank you and your crew for its commitment.

To Whom It May Concern:

All Seasons Landscaping was contracted for the new construction of the Sweetwater Development Project located in Hailey, Idaho. Sweetwater is a 421 -unit townhouse project. We are currently in phase one of this four-phase project. I have considerable knowledge of All Seasons’ performance as I negotiated the contract and have been overseeing the entire construction project from the beginning.

All Seasons Landscaping is extremely qualified in bidding, managing and meeting deadlines of a very large project. They have demonstrated their management ability for a project this size, which is currently in excess of $1,000,000.

In addition to management, All Seasons’ field supervisors are able to work closely with the general contractor in accomplishing goals and objectives. Billing and contract administration is performed at an extremely high level meeting owner’s and lender’s needs. All Seasons Landscaping also possesses the personnel and equipment necessary for large projects. Their cooperation and flexibility are assets in meeting very important deadlines for the Sweetwater project.

It has been a pleasure working with a very professional landscape company and I would highly recommend them to any general contractor or owner for any size project.

If you need additional information regarding the qualifications of All Seasons Landscaping, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Rocky Black
Project Manager
