President

Mark has a BS degree from Colorado State University in Agronomy with an emphasis on Horticulture and Entomology. With over 12 years in senior management at All Seasons Landscaping, Mark has grown the business into a multi-million dollar business specializing in landscape construction, maintenance, irrigation and snow removal.

Mark brings over 27 years of varied landscape management experience specializing in landscape construction, arboriculture, turf & plant science, entomology, and large scale water feature construction and water/pond management.

Mike Oosting

General Manager/ Construction Division Manager

Mike has BS degree from Colorado State University in Landscape Architecture. Mike has worked in landscape and heavy commercial construction throughout the western portion of the country for over 26 years including nearly 20 years in Alaska. Mike joined the All Seasons Landscaping team in 2004.

Mike is the General Manager of Operations.

CHRIS WILHELM

Landscape Maintenance Manager

 Chris has an AAS degree from S.U.N.Y Cobleskill in New York in Turfgrass Management.  Chris brings 15 plus years experiencein the landscape and golf industries. Chris has worked as an assistant golf course superintendent and landscape manager in the Albany New York areas.  Chris joined the All Seasons team in June of 2011.  Chris brings a wide array of knowledege in snow removal, landscape management, customer relations, bidding, intergrated pest management techniques and contract administration.  He is a certified applicator in NY and has managed inexcess of 20 plus million in landscape maintenance and construction.

Steve Vasher

Director of Sales and Marketing

Steve has a BS degree from Michigan State University in Turf Grass Management. Steve has worked as a golf course superintendent and on-site property manager of gated communities. Steve joined the All Seasons Landscaping team February 2010 and brings over 35 years of experience in construction sales, estimating and maintenance.

Steve currently is in charge of all marketing and estimating, commercial sales, and assists in residential sales, project management and procurement.

Brett Sullivan

Controller

Brett joined the All Seasons Landscaping team in 2010. Early in his career he served as president of a landscape company that performed work in Sun Valley area and the Treasure Valley (Boise). Brett has been in senior level management in construction related businesses throughout his 20 year career. The companies he has ran have collectively produced 30+ million dollars in revenue. Currently Brett is the controller at All Seasons Landscaping and works directly with all senior level staff.

Tom Ward

Maintenance/Construction Sales
Project Coordinator

Tom joined the All Seasons Landscaping team in 2005 and brings 23 years of experience in Landscape Construction and Property Management. He is a founding member of the Hailey Parks & Land Board and he is a member of the Hailey Tree Committee. Tom has also served 6 years on the Hailey Planning & Zoning Commission.

Designed & Installed IDWR accredited irrigation system that provides water to a 5 acre landscape design and still meets the ½ acre maximum/ (13,000 gallons) per day restrictions.

Johnny Robinson

Professional Spray Applicator (LS-OH-OI) & Division Supervisor

Johnny joined the All Seasons Landscaping team in 2006.   Johnny has 10 years of Applicator Experience. He is working towards his certification as a certified arborist.

Marcy is a life-long resident of the Wood River Valley.  She joined the All Seasons Landscaping team in 2003.  She brings with her 18 years of administrative experience in the landscape industry.  She has a diverse knowledge of general office administration, customer service, vendor maintenance and employee administration

Cammi Richcreek

Cammi joined All Seasons Landscaping in 2010 She recently received her Associates in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. She has over 12 years of service experience in the Financial and Hospitality sectors including 3 years of management experience.

Cammi recently spent 2 years running the office of their family owned plumbing company. As the Corporate Secretary, she was responsible for all accounting and reporting, policy and procedure, and human resources duties.

Red Donavan

Red joined the All Seasons Landscaping team in 2010 He has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of mechanics, welding, fabrication and competitive stock car racing.

Red has owned and operated his own mechanic business and has been a crew chief at Magic Valley Speedway for seven years. California Certifications Red has held include:
