SNOWCREEK CONDOS

SNOWCREEK CONDOMINIUMS - This project was completed summer 2005 after more than three years of construction. New paver walks, boulders, new plantings were part of a total renovation of the existing landscape. Dave Mollineaux ASLA - Landscape Architect

Large boulders were used as retaining walls with tumbled pavers walkways replacing the old asphalt. The site required excavation depths of up to three feet to remove the highly organic soil which had settled over time causing cracking and shifting of the old asphalt.

The boulders used in the project came complete with living lichens to give the look of an established landscape. We have access to many quarries across the nation that provide us with many different colors and textures.
